Purpose:Using to label the filled bottles or empty bottles.It is fit for round or square bottle with diameter 20-300mm,the height 40-600mm.It also can label part of bottle.This kind machine can be widely used to food industry,medical and chemical industry,paint and dope industry,etc.For example: insecticide, air freshener,automatic paints,swollen glue,leather polish and so on.

Components:OMRON Computer Automatic Control System(Chinese and English Operator Interface),RTM servo electromotor,AirTAC Pneumatic components, BANNER Detection of color components.

Process: The bottle enter the machine with the automatic system     cut off labels    paint glue    fix position    stick     compress    compress the top and the bottom of the label.This process is the automatic and with 15 pieces alarm systems.

Labeling Quality: Cut the entire pattern,the label will not deformation,the start and the terminal paint glue in net,this paint glue system can save 50% thermosol,label inaccuracy 0.05mm, the top and the bottom of the label press very well,the whole label is smooth,no mismatch,no leaking glue,no opening.
